An Opportunity to Focus on 'What Matters'
When we imagined AdviceTech.LIVE at Asset-Map, we wanted to create more than just another conference.
We wanted to create something we could all be proud of. Including our sponsors, attendees, and entire industry. Our hope was to move the industry forward by pooling our community efforts. More than ever, we are all experiencing dramatic health, social, and economic changes and it's clear that we also have an opportunity to lead that change with our actions.
And so for this inaugural event, we are making a commitment to one of the prolific challenges in our industry -
Accessibility through gender and racial diversity. In addition to the organizations of like-minded leaders and advisors listed below, the CFP Board's Center for Financial Planning has made a significant commitment to this endeavor.
Their 'programs focus on improving gender and racial diversity in the profession, attracting and developing the next generation of financial planners, and building an Academic Home that fosters research, expands the body of financial planning knowledge, and fuels the growth of new faculty and students'.
And so it is our collective pleasure to establish this year's Benefactor Partner as the Center and the good work they do on behalf of the entire industry.
We want to thank the entire team at the Center who work tirelessly to make a difference in our profession by elevating people through education, awareness and research. Take some time to explore what is going on and forge your own path towards building our financial advice community.
